Harrison’s Cave stands as a breathtaking geological jewel in the Caribbean, and expanding its story demanded a deep respect for the natural environment. GuernseyTingle partnered with Chukka Caribbean Adventures to transform this historic landmark into a fully integrated destination. Our design strategy radically enhanced the initial guest experience by completely reworking the welcome center to smoothly transition visitors from arrival into active exploration.

Beyond upgrading the core cave attraction, we expanded the gully floor infrastructure with newly designed retail, food, and beverage amenities, along with a vibrant array of eco-friendly features, including suspension bridges, zip lines, nature trails, an aviary, and scenic chill spots. With design that tips its hat to the culture and colors of Barbados, our team helped craft an unforgettable journey that blends family-friendly thrills with natural preservation.

Verbolten: Forbidden Turn at Busch Gardens Williamsburg

The layout inspired the new design from the start, particularly the classic scream-inducing drop- which occurs right before the coaster takes riders back outside into the light after disappearing into the darkness of the Black forest, which is largely set inside a multistory building. “I wanted to make the story centered around that.” -Richard Smith, Creative Director.
