It All Starts With A Story.
We craft immersive environments to transport audiences into different worlds and create memories that last a lifetime. But how did we get here?
Our story began over 40 years ago as a promising young architecture firm.
...and for years, that mission has guided us while working on projects around the world.
We saw a need to create superior experiences that truly immersed guests...
But One Thing Has Remained The Same -

The Big Bad Wolf: The Wolf's Revenge
Working with clients from across the continent, we are known for our flexibility and resourcefulness when it comes to Themed Entertainment. As creative problem solvers, we take your big ideas and take into account your restrictions and budget to come up with a solution that guests will love.
For Richard, architecture isn’t just about spaces; it’s about storytelling! A Williamsburg native, Rich grew up with Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens in his backyard, sparking a lifelong obsession with immersive environments. At GuernseyTingle, he channeled that passion into founding and leading the Themed Entertainment division. Over a diverse 30-year career, Rich has shaped high-engagement hospitality, recreational, and leisure destinations, alongside a robust portfolio of federal, corporate, and medical projects. A dual-degree graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), his early career with a national senior-living firm lay the groundwork for his human-centric approach. Rich’s award-winning vision led to a ASID Silver Award for Corporate Interior Design, proving that whether a space is corporate or completely fantastical, he knows how to captivate an audience.
